I led a $2.5M CapEx restoration that upgraded Almonds & Corals from a three-star lodge to a four-star boutique ~ and expanded capacity from 24 to 30 rooms within the existing footprint. Then I built the team to operate at the new tier. The Booking.com rating moved from 8.2 to 9.2 in 11 months. 


But the real breakthrough wasn’t the Booking.com rating.

It was the restaurant.

When I arrived, the on-site restaurant was bleeding capital. 

Most owners accept that as the “cost of offering dining.”


I didn’t.


Within 12 months, that same restaurant became a profit engine feeding the entire operation.
A hidden weakness turned into a structural advantage.
